INTERDYSCYPLINARY PERFORMANCE – Another Garden of Earthly Delights
Dance performance choreographed by Anna Kosiorowska and directed by Anna Kosiorowska and Zulfikar Filandra had its premiere on the 7th of Septmeber 2015 in Sarajevo War Theatre.
The performance starts inside of the white spot on the map, beyond time and space. The way to Sarajevo is invisible from outside perspective. Can we create an alternative map of Sarajevo, depicting space of Sarajevo through feelings and stories of ordinary people as the only compass?
"Love, hate, feeling of unfairness and being lost" - this is how citizens of Sarajevo described their life in the city. All the comments - even though so different - had a common feature - they were expressed with strong passion and engagement. "Another Garden of Earthly Delights" - is a dance - documentary performance, created within the framework of interdisciplinary project Sarajevo Mind Map. It was inspired by personal stories of people from Sarajevo and their strong feelings. The interviews held in SARTR in June 2015 served as a base for performance's storyline. The performance was included in repertory of Sarajevo War Theatre.
